Royal Cup needed assistance with hiring skilled employees in Kansas City, Atlanta, Birmingham, and Memphis. PSC worked closely with Royal Cup’s Regional Managers and their hiring team to source, interview, and place candidates in management, sales, and support positions at the company. We placed Branch Managers in four regions, and the Birmingham branch relied on our services for "difficult to fill" and operationally critical positions.
An essential part of our placement process starts during the initial meetings with management. Along with discussing the position requirements, we identify the type of demeanor that would complement the department and relate well with Royal Cup customers.
